Appetiser
The ‘Miang Karm’ – diced ginger, chilli, toasted coconut, diced lime and dried shrimp served with Chapoo leaf, with a palm sugar topping sauce.
Entrée

Seared prawns with a mix of ginger, lemongrass, coriander, spring onion, chilli, lemon juice and fish sauce.
Or
Creamy crumbled pork in coconut cream with peanuts, pepper, garlic and coriander. Complemented with butter-fried roti bread and fresh vegetables.
Main Course
Chunks of South Australian flake with sweet potato and pumpkin in a yellow curry with turmeric.
Or
Seared beef slices in a ‘Kaprow’ sauce of Thai basil, ground chilli and garlic.
Served with a side of a traditional Issan cool-salad of shredded green papaya, dried shrimp and peanuts per couple.
Main Course accompanied with aromatic Jasmine Rice and Roti bread pan fried in butter.
