All our curry pastes are proudly prepared in house at Paladarr. For truly authentic Thai flavour, chilli is an essential ingredient of these pastes. Reducing the amount of chilli is reducing the amount of paste that is used. Our chefs are concerned that serious reduction of curry paste will result in a curry that is not authentic. By Thai standard, and as a preference of the majority of our guests, all our curries are prepared with medium chilli content.
