Paladarr Fine Thai is proud to present an exclusive horizontal tasting of the soon-to-be-released 2010 Jamsheed range,
carefully matched with Melbourne’s best Classical Thai cuisine.


A perennial darling of the Australian boutique wine scene, Jamsheed breathes new life into Victorian wine, championing low yields, indigenous yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, allowing the quality and purity of their fruit to shine through. Paladarr’s Master Chef, Chaloem Chaiseeha, and his kitchen team pride themselves on creating interesting, thoughtful (and utterly delicious) food, so, in many ways, it was a fait accompli that Jamsheed’s wines would become a mainstay on Paladarr’s wine list. The 2010 range is suave and beautifully fragrant, brilliantly expressive and expected to sell out in record time. After starting off with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier, we will embark on a thrilling journey through taste, texture and structure, guided by Jamsheed’s owner and head winemaker Gary Mills.
