Your team is welcomed and settled at Paladarr and introduced to Director Bryan Derrick who will work with you in a 1.5 hour workshop of story, games, performance and mask.
 
Cooking Class
 

A refreshing break takes you into the Paladarr Kitchen, the engine room of this celebrated Restaurant. Develop skills you never knew you had and work with your Colleagues to create an amazing array of Thai Favorite dishes, which will be the mainstay of your team’s lunchtime feast.
 
The Feast!
 
Indulge yourselves in your very own taste creations while Chefs Chaloem and Rattana whip up some specials of their own to delight and surprise you.
 
Wine Matching
 

We will delight you with an array of wines carefully selected from his extensive cellar to harmonise and enhance your dining experience together.
 
Debriefing
 
Your team is given some private time to debrief the day’s experience together, complete a simple feedback form for your hosts and bid your farewells.

For those with time on their hands, a stroll through the magical Darebin Parklands
(2 minutes walk from Paladarr’s front door) gives you the chance for further reflection, debriefing or planning before heading home.

* A Full – Day workshop with Bryan will necessitate a visit / meetings of approximately 2 -3 hours total, at your business / Institution / Workplace to plan and remotely prepare for the Workshop to maximise the experience for your staff.
