The complex has full 24 hour security with security guards, your own personal security swipe card, a beautiful swimming pool and spa, a fully equipped gym, steam rooms/ sauna and delightful roof-top garden, all just metres from the Condo front door!

The condo has a digitally controlled security safe, cable television, internet and phone access and compact fully functional kitchen.

Mrs Noi (an excellent local service) will pick up your laundry at the door and return it to you by evening, ironed to perfection and smelling of Roses!

Master masseur, Adisak, fully trained at Wat Po School of Massage in Bangkok will be available for in house pampering and stunning massage!

The Condo is fully air-conditioned with individual remote controls for lounge/dining room and each of the 2 bedrooms.

The Australian Embassy on Sathorn Road, The Thai Immigration Department, a major post office and police department as well as a delightful shopping market for fruit and vegetables, meat, chicken, seafood and lots more, are all within comfortable walking distance from the condo.
