THE ISSAN APPETISER

Moreton Bay Bugs Tom Yum soup of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, and chilli with oyster mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Perfect for two. 26

Deep fried ribbons of kangaroo fillet marinated in oyster, fish and soy sauces, crushed coriander root, rock salt, honey and ground black peppers. 14

Seared prawns with a mix of ginger, lemongrass, coriander, spring onion, chilli, lemon juice and fish sauce. 15

Pan-seared premium beef finely sliced and tossed in a zesty Issan marinade with traditional Thai herbs. 14/26
